Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, holidays, promotional campaigns, or unforeseen logistical delays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries within Europe and selected international destinations. Availability of shipping services may vary depending on the destination country and local carrier restrictions.

If your country is not available during checkout, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as general guidelines and are calculated from the shipping date, not from the order date.

Italy: 2–6 business days
European Union: 4–10 business days
United Kingdom & Switzerland: 5–12 business days
International Orders: 7–18 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, local courier operations, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or high seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Promotional free shipping offers may be available on selected products or order values.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, customers will receive a tracking number by email after the order has been shipped. Tracking updates may require several business days to appear in the courier system.

Please note that temporary pauses or delays in tracking updates may occur while the package is in transit between sorting facilities or international customs checkpoints.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout. TRA-VIRGOLETTE cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date or package reception.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution when possible.

TRA-VIRGOLETTE is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs inspections;
  • weather conditions;
  • courier disruptions;
  • strikes or transportation interruptions;
  • incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before shipment confirmation has been issued. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests can no longer be accepted.

Customers may still be eligible for a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
