If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage not caused by normal use, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

What is Covered

Our warranty covers:

  • stitching defects;
  • broken zippers or closures upon arrival;
  • items received damaged.

What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear;
  • damage caused by misuse;
  • accidental damage;
  • incorrect washing or care;
  • sizing issues after use.
